Key Responsibilities
Sell new and used Škoda vehicles to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to achieve overall sales and profitability goals.
Stay up-to-date with Škoda products, promotions, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Škoda products and services is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
