• Exchange / finance requirement / accessories requirement.
• Document Suggestion.
• Document arrangement.
• Doing a healthy follow up with the customer at pre and post booking stages according to customer driven timelines and modes.
• Giving excellent service experience to the customer that he can be a recurring investment for the organisation.
