M&P Motors Inc., a family-owned used car dealership in McAllen, TX, is seeking a dynamic Car Salesperson who not only knows how to sell and finance vehicles, but can also create engaging promotional videos to showcase our inventory online. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and can be trusted with confidential information and company accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and guiding them through the car-buying process
Handling financing applications, approvals, and contracts with accuracy
Explaining financing options clearly to customers
Meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering great customer service
Filming and creating short, engaging promotional videos for social media and online platforms
Highlighting new arrivals, special offers, and dealership events in video content
Maintaining knowledge of dealership inventory and pricing
Building strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Job Details:
Full-time, 40 hours/week
On-site in McAllen, TX
Pay: $8.50/hr + sales commission (high earning potential)
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in automotive sales and financing
Comfortable with financing software and customer paperwork
Skilled communicator, both in-person and on-camera
Experience making short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube)
Creative, confident, and outgoing personality
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Background check Required
