Full job description
CARLIGHT is seeking an enthusiastic technician with experience in the RV or caravan / trailer industry to join our team in Girraween, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform warranty and service work on caravans and trailers
Diagnose and repair faults in 12v electrical, 240v appliances & water plumbing
Repair cabinets and fittings
Assist with basic assembly of caravans and trailers
Fit accessories to caravans and trailers
Conduct pre-delivery inspections
Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in caravan or trailer servicing and repairs
A trade qualification in automotive or similar (e.g., Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology; Certificate III in Vehicle Body Repair etc)
Knowledge of towing systems, electrical and plumbing systems specific to caravans and trailers
Experience with the assembly and fitting of caravan and trailer components
Familiarity with the Australian Design Rules (ADR) for caravans and trailers
A current driver’s licence is essential
