Job Description
The New Initiative and Control Execution (NICE) Marketing Delivery Associate will provide support for meeting the requirements of numerous controls, while partnering with a cross-functional team, inclusive of representatives from Compliance, Legal, Risk and other key stakeholders to ensure we maintain a robust control environment. This position sits within the Marketing Growth & Innovation (MG&I) organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job responsibilities
You will be responsible for administration and management activities associated with collaboration tools and shared spaces (i.e. SharePoint, Shared drives, etc.)
You will support governance activities aligned to firmwide requirements related to User Tools and Intelligent Solutions (i.e. inventory management, classification, etc.)
You will be responsible for oversight and enforcement of CCB processes, including system access control
You will support periodic meetings with key stakeholders within the assigned process(s) in the MG&I NICE team to obtain and share progress updates, and discuss other key areas of focus
You will also be responsible for creating communications/slides for senior leadership that provide updates as required
Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings that include an agenda, meeting minutes and general meeting etiquette
Possess strong written communication skills
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of Operations, Marketing, Controls and/or Compliance experience
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Business Management or similar discipline not required but preferred
Proficient in Microsoft products with an extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred
Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess strong relationship skills and ability to lead through strong collaboration
Demonstrate customer-obsession by leading with the voice of the customer
Have the ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
