An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time permanent, Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the acute allied health team at Richmond.
In this full-time Grade 2 Physiotherapist role, you will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy services in a 26 bed ICU as well as rotating across the cardiac, CCU, head and neck, thoracic and vascular wards. This role also involves participation in the supervision of junior rotating staff and students as well as involvement in quality initiatives. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm and weekends are 1 in 3-4 (same hours) with rostered weekdays off in lieu.

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years acute hospital experience in the areas of ICU and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
A flexible mindset to meet the many clinical needs of patients
The natural ability to be proactive and responsive to changing patient profiles and service demands
An ability to participate in rotating rosters, including some weekend shifts

Qualifications
Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Council
Current physiotherapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
