What is required from you?
• A minimum of 24 months on your right to work in the UK
• We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Assistant
• 36 hours per week working from 8pm to 8am
• Shifts to be covered on a two week rolling rota are as follows: Week 1 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Week 2 Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
