The Opportunity
As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you will be part of a dedicated team, who are passionate about delivering excellent food experiences to all our guest that visits this hotel. You will be part of a kitchen that will deliver a variety of fabulous food offerings from the main restaurant, bar, and room service.
Our menu is bursting full of feel-good comfort foods, healthy options, with the combination of modern British and European cuisine, as one of our chefs you will be involved with preparing a variety of dishes with flair, passion, and imagination – including meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, including all marinades and sauces to accompany your dishes.
As a senior member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a pivotal part in the development of your chefs. Delivering culinary best practices and sharing your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.

Will be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
Will have experience in delivering quality and volume within a busy kitchen environment
The ability to lead, motivate and deliver high standards of service in a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
Will have previous experience as a Sous Chef and will be looking for a new and exciting opportunity
Will have an authentic drive to managing periods of change.
