About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our Adult Community Mental Health team in Nelson/Tasman region.
Up-to-date knowledge of mental health and associated issues is required.
This role is suitable for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker able to manage acute/crisis assessments and treatment interventions.
A sense of humour and ability to work autonomously are essential.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.
Current knowledge of mental health and associated issues; addictions clinical experience is also desirable.

Our Adult Community Mental Health teams provide high-quality comprehensive assessment and treatment for adults and their families living in the Nelson/Tasman region.
As a Care Manager, you will work a 24/7 rotating roster responding to clients in crisis and enjoying a team culture of collaborative practice, openness, humour and respect across disciplines.
