About the Role:
Orah Consultancy Services is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Career Advisor to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will help students and job seekers identify their strengths, explore career opportunities,
and achieve professional goals through structured counseling and personalized career planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions for candidate and job seekers.
Assess clients’ skills, interests, and goals to develop customized career plans.
Provide guidance on career paths, educational opportunities, and industry trends.
Assist clients with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Organize and lead workshops or training sessions on career development topics.
Maintain detailed records of client progress and counseling sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to connect clients with suitable career opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in career counseling, student guidance, or related roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
Empathetic, patient, and goal-oriented mindset.
Additional Details:
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Includes 1 dinner break and 2 tea breaks
Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office)
