Position: Career Coach/ Senior Career Coach at Mindler
Details: Full Time | Eligibility - Prior Work Experience: 0 to 6 years
Mindler is a technology-enabled eco-system for career planning and development for students. We leverage technology & research to minimize human bias in the career decision-making process. Mindler’s disruptive career assessment and guidance products are loved by thousands of users globally, and it is growing at a very fast pace. With a unique and scalable model to address the unorganized career guidance sector, Mindler works on both the demand and supply side of the career guidance problem through its revolutionary products.
Being a technology-enabled platform for career guidance, Career Coaches at Mindler form the backbone of the organization and we are looking for assertive, energetic, and creative people to join our awesome team, including people from ISB, Harvard, IIT, IIM and other top-tier institutes.
What we are looking for:
1. Ability to connect with large audiences
2. Ability to think on your feet
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Creative bent of mind
5. ‘Will Do’ attitude
6. A good sense of humour
7. Having a passion to help students and graduates discover their perfect career 8. Masters in psychology (Preferred); Minimum qualification Bachelors.

As a Career Coach, you will be:
1. Interacting with students across the top-most institutes across the country & abroad 2. Helping students in making career decisions by leveraging Mindler’s technology enabled platform
3. Motivating students in defining and creating their career development plans and path 4. Helping students shortlist the right schools or programs for their target careers 5. Conducting exhaustive research on careers and other related subjects 6. Creating useful blogs, vlogs and articles for users
7. Conducting regular outreach efforts including workshop, sessions & presentations to students at schools, events or conferences
8. Conceptualizing and execute customer on-boarding initiatives
+. Researching, evaluating & maintaining online resources for a variety of career issues, academic majors and career fields
