Profile Summary:
As a Career Counsellor – Gujarati Proficiency (College Integration Program) with FPA Edutech, you will engage with college students, introduce them to our globally recognized finance programs, and guide them in choosing the right career path in accounting and finance.
This role involves building strong student relationships, providing program counselling, and coordinating with colleges for smooth academic integration.
Programs You’ll Work With:
CFP® – Certified Financial Planner (USA)
ACCA – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)
CMA – Certified Management Accountant (USA)
CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst (USA)
CISI – Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment
Role & Responsibilities:
Engage with college students through seminars, presentations, and one-on-one counselling.
Communicate effectively in Gujarati, English, and Hindi to connect with students.
Guide students toward suitable FPA programs based on their career goals.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and ensure smooth onboarding.
Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for successful integration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Freshers welcome)
Gujarati proficiency – mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident handling calls, student interactions, and college events
Passionate about education and career guidance
