Job Title: Career Counsellor

Location: Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: +:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 (based on last salary and interview)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Career Counsellor for our Noida office. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and helping them enroll in the right UG/PG programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students through calls, chats, and in-person meetings

Promote and sell UG/PG online courses

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful admissions

Maintain daily call records and manage data on CRM

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 6 months of sales experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
