• Enrolling students for courses.
• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls ,follow up on Enquiry and database.
• Understanding students requirement and guide the student to the right course fitting his/her requirement
• Explaining eligibility criteria ,admission procedure, course structure ,course details
• Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
