Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and professional Counselors to join our expanding team. The Counselors will be responsible for guiding candidates through various recruitment and placement processes, offering career advice, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide counseling and guidance to candidates seeking overseas employment opportunities.

✅ Assist applicants in preparing job applications, CVs, and related documents.

✅ Advise candidates on job roles, required qualifications, and application processes.

✅ Coordinate with overseas employers and agencies to understand their hiring requirements.

✅ Guide candidates through work permit, visa, and documentation procedures.

✅ Maintain accurate records of candidates, applications, and client interactions.

✅ Achieve targets for candidate registrations, placements, and service delivery.

✅ Stay updated on immigration policies, market trends, and employer expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
