Experience: Graduate Freshers and MBA Freshers can also be considered but candidate pass out year must be 2021 or 2026 only.
Compensation: Upto 6 LPA+Incentives Max hike can only be upto 30% on previous or current fixed salary
Age Criteria: Upto 28 years Location : Pune , Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Interview Rounds: Three
Round 1: Telephonic screening call from HR
Round 2: Zoom Interview (Virtual)
Round 3: Walkin interview in the preferred location office address itself.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate Qualification Must Be Graduate With Sales Experience (No Retail Sales or Presales )Graduate Fresher and MBA Fresher Can also be Considered but candidate Pass out year must be 2021 or 2026Age Criteria is Up to 28 .
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Connecting with minimum 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on leadsquared CRM.Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of upskilling depending on the student’s area of interest.Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling & create a strong pipeline.Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Remuneration – Ranging from 4 LPA to 6. LPA Fixed + Incentives.Working days - Monday to Saturday.Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
