Position Overview
Starting your career and not sure what direction to take?
CMGFinanceNow.com is hiring entry-level team members to train in sales and financial services. This role is built for individuals at the beginning of their career who want to develop real-world skills in communication, client interaction, and business development.
No prior sales or mortgage experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients
Build rapport, establish trust, and guide clients through the early stages of the process
Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
Qualify incoming inquiries and gather basic financial and situational information
Act as an account manager throughout the early process, ensuring a smooth client experience
Collect required documentation from clients and organize files accurately
Submit completed files to the appropriate departments and team members
Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a liaison between the client and processing, underwriting, or senior advisors
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior team members when appropriate
Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up timelines
Follow up consistently to keep clients engaged and moving forward
Day-to-Day
High volume of phone conversations
Fast-paced, team-driven office environment
Ongoing follow-up and pipeline management
Continuous coaching and feedback
Training & Development
Structured onboarding and hands-on training
Ongoing coaching from experienced team members
Exposure to real-world sales and financial scenarios
Clear development path into advanced roles based on performance
Compensation
$18/hour base pay
Commission on closed deals
Performance-based increases and advancement opportunities
Total compensation includes hourly wages plus commission. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and business conditions. There is no cap on commission.
Expected first-year earnings typically range from $40,000 to $150,000+ depending on performance.

Licensed Loan Officer (if applicable and eligible)
