Right at Home Central New Jersey is seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. About the Role:
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote socialization and emotional well-being
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to nursing staff
Requirements:
• Must be certified as a Home Health Aide in the state of New Jersey
• Have at least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
$17-20 per hour, depending on experience and case load. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available. Flexible scheduling with cases starting at 4 hours and going up from there. Opportunities for pay increases through our Personal Advancement Program and bonuses for employee referrals.
