Are you looking to join Renault Group to assist with the coordination of carflow processes to support Renault UK supply and manage Renault UK stock KPIs?
This role is responsible for core components of supply chain cycle (shipping/Import Centre operations/transportation) to ensure timely provision of information, product and service to Renault UK retailers and business partners. You will ensure processes meet established standards/deadlines to facilitate stable vehicle flow through effective management of defined carflow operations. The role provides comprehensive monitoring, analysis and reporting of Renault UK carflow activities to manage the impact on carflow performance.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to ensure business processes are deployed to agreed standards to maintain service levels at every stage of supply chain. The job holder will proactively identify and anticipate operational challenges and deploy appropriate measures to overcome and seek to advance supply efficiency through continuous improvement. You will liaise with key business stakeholders to plan and coordinate adequate provision for customer demand across all commercial channels, whilst ensuring the IT systems in place are maintained with accuracy and integrity to facilitate downstream and cross functional sharing of supply chain data.
A core part of the role is to have the ability to forecast inbound/outbound flows to enable capacity management/resource requirement throughout the supply chain. You will offer analytical/administrative support for all Renault UK supply chain activity and ensure business processes are deployed to agreed standards to maintain service levels at every stage of supply chain. A key responsibility is to proactively identify/anticipate operational challenges and deploy appropriate measures to overcome them whilst seeking to advance supply efficiency through continuous improvement.
Success will be measured via invoicing and stock levels.
Who are you?
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in sales planning and supply chain processes and systems along with stock and risk management. You’ll understand dealer network operations and have commercial awareness. You have systems agility and can analyse multiple data sources with precision and accuracy and are excellent in planning, organisation and prioritisation. You have clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make accurate forecasts.
