Carpenter/Joiners Required in Central London
My clients are seeking skilled Carpenters/Joiners for a contract basis, working on various projects in Central London.
Responsibilities:
Perform general day-to-day maintenance of properties
Undertake 1st and 2nd fix duties
Conduct general repairs
Mainly work on Voids and Domestic Properties
About You:
We are looking for individuals with the following skills or experiences:
Experience in a similar role
Time served or qualified in your field
Possession of a valid driving license (a van may be provided)
Local Authority or Domestic experience
What's On Offer:
A competitive hourly rate (£18-£22 per hour, potentially higher for certain roles)
A contract duration of 3-6 months minimum
A standard working week from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
