Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication as needed for specific projects.
Install rebar, siding, cabinets, doors, fixtures, and roofing components.
Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts when required.
Participate in remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall work.
Execute caulking, stucco application, and heavy lifting tasks as part of the restoration process.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Experience
Candidates should have a strong background in the following areas:
Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols.
Proficiency in woodworking techniques and practices.
Familiarity with the restoration industry including water damage restoration and mold remediation.
Experience in plumbing, masonry, electrical work, metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, and construction painting is highly desirable.
Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades within the construction field.
