We have been trading for over 30 years and have a reputation second to none for delivering our projects to meet the needs of our clients. We carry out contracts ranging in value from £10,000 to £4,000,000.
Join our repairs team as a skilled Carpenter. We are a reputable construction company known for our high-quality work and commitment to excellence. As a Carpenter with us, you will play a crucial role in various projects requiring precision and craftsmanship, for projects in London, Home Counties and further afield occasionally.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize your expertise in carpentry to fabricate and assemble structures according to specifications.
• Perform electrical work related to carpentry projects.
• Conduct roof repairs and installations as needed.
• Use a variety of power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Engage in heavy lifting when necessary to move materials and equipment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in masonry and joinery techniques.
• Execute painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished projects, would be a bonus.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies, processes and procedures.
• Use company mobile apps as instructed
Experience:
• Proven experience as a skilled carpenter
• Familiarity with a wide range of carpentry tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Knowledge of electrical work related to carpentry projects is a plus.
• Experience with masonry, joinery, and painting is highly desirable.
Requirements
• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must have own tools that comply with health and safety regulations
• Hold a clean full drivers’ licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Own vehicle is desired to begin with, with the opportunity of moving to a company vehicle
• Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Experience within the construction industry is desired
• Paid fortnightly
