Carpenter

A carpenter's job description includes:

• ConstructionCarpenters build and install structures like walls, floors, and doorframes. They also install fixtures like cabinets, doors, windows, and molding.

• PreparationCarpenters prepare the work site by taking measurements, preparing drawings, and selecting materials. They also ensure the site is set up in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.

• MaintenanceCarpenters inspect, repair, and renovate wooden structures. They may also perform finish carpentry, such as siding and flooring.

• CommunicationCarpenters communicate with clients, suppliers, and other tradespeople. They may also train and direct other construction workers.

• Record keepingCarpenters keep records of time worked and materials used. They may also prepare cost estimates for clients.

• SafetyCarpenters ensure they follow all safety regulations and workplace safety standards. They may be exposed to heights, loud noises, dust, fumes, and odors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,337.3+ per month
