Job Description
1. Fabricate and assemble Solid wood & Plywood furniture pieces according to blueprints, sketches, or design specifications.
2. Operate and maintain woodworking machinery including CNC and Beam saw to cut and shape materials accurately.
3. Ensure the use of appropriate tools and techniques to achieve desired results while maintaining safety protocols.
4. Collaborate with the design and production teams to interpret project requirements and contribute to design improvements.
5. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
6. Train and mentor junior carpenters to enhance their skills and productivity.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of materials and tools.
8. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.

1. Proven experience as a Good well skilled Carpenter, preferably with specialization in interior furniture work of plywood & Solid wood.
2. Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as CNC and Beam saw.
3. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
4. Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, or design specifications accurately.
5. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship to produce high-quality furniture pieces.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
7. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required by the company.
8. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and operate machinery safely.
