The position we are currently recruiting for is a Carpenter
What You'll Be Doing:
Completing mainly 1st fix & 2nd fix carpentry on loft conversions, extensions and garage conversions within Solihull, Balsall Common, Leamington Spa and Warwick area.
Deliver outstanding service while communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Work independently and as part of our supportive team.
Undertaking a range of works including:
1st fix framing (roofs , floor , walls)
2nd fix works (doors, skirting, kitchens)
Working with other team members to assist in progressing our projects
What We're Looking For:
5 years of experience minimum
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry.
Strong knowledge of roofing techniques and construction methods.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
Experience in steel work and roofing is advantageous.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to read and interpret structural reports and technical drawings.
A commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site at all times.
A proactive mindset and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Position: Full-Time
Location: Solihull and surrounding area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
