Job Description
Duties
Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Lay tile and perform flooring installation to ensure durable surfaces.
Form concrete structures as required for various projects.
Utilize hand tools effectively for precise measurements and cuts.
Apply caulking to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.
Construct, install or repair fences and decks
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to ensure project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Drivers license required
Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in tile laying, concrete forming, flooring installation, caulking, and construction painting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools and machinery used in carpentry work.
Ability to plumb structures accurately according to specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to fabricate solutions on-site as needed.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
