Job Description
We are seeking a skilled carpenter helper with at least one year of experience, who has experience in timber framing and renovation projects. You’ll be working on high-quality residential projects, including front entrances, decks, and home additions. You should be comfortable using a range of hand and power tools, interpreting blueprints, and working both independently and with a team. We occasionally work in boat access areas around Tofino so flexibility in scheduling is appreciated. Overtime will be paid.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience
Strong skills in timber frame construction, decks, and home additions
Proficient with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliability and attitude are critical. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
