Carpenter Helper – Hickory Dickory Decks
Join our growing team building premium outdoor living spaces! We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Carpenter Helper to assist with the construction of composite decks, railings, pergolas, and other outdoor projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead carpenters with deck and outdoor construction
Carry and organize materials and tools
Help with measuring, cutting, digging, and general site prep
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Support framing, decking, railing, and finishing work
Learn carpentry skills from experienced journeyman carpenters
Requirements:
Construction or carpentry experience is an asset (but willing to train the right person)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Eagerness to learn and grow in the trade
