Job Description
IPC Maintenance is currently seeking Carpenters to join our experienced building services team. IPC provides ongoing building maintenance services to our industrial clients which include the CBH group, AGC, CSBP, Kleenheat, Ventia, Solenis, Spotless, as well as several other businesses, providing rewarding work experiences. The work is varied and covers many facets of carpentry including second-fix, roof carpentry, joinery, stud walls and bespoke decorative projects. The work is undertaken on many sites across Perth including Perth CBD, Fremantle, Garden Island, Henderson and Kwinana. The building division is supported by a large workshop and office facility based in the Henderson Marine Complex

The following criteria are required;
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
High level of safety awareness and compliance.
Full understanding of work permit systems, JSA’s, JHA’s, SWMS.
White Card.
Ability to pass and maintain fitness for work program.
Confined Space Ticket.
Energy to meet the demands of our environment and time restraints.
You must be reliable, enthusiastic, and work autonomously.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
The following criteria are preferred!

MSIC – highly desirable.
