Job Overview
DesignCafe is seeking a Junior Carpenter to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Junior Carpenter, you will be an integral part of our home interior projects, working closely with our design team to deliver high-quality and customized interior solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Interpret and read blueprints and sketches to fully grasp the design requirements.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to exact dimensions as specified.
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim accurately.
Work with designers and other construction professionals to complete projects to highest standards.
Ensure all work is conducted with strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain and utilize all carpentry tools and equipment responsibly.
Inspect products and conduct minor repairs to enhance durability and quality.
Provide an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
