Duties
Perform trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work completed.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately.
Engage in woodworking, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor as required on construction sites.
Participate in restoration projects including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general remodeling tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Skills
Proficiency in construction estimating and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
Experience with various carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction site practices is essential.
Background in the restoration industry or maintenance person experience will be considered an asset.
