You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, maintaining the quality and safety of the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Fitting: Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood for door installations. Install and fit door locks in wooden doors with precision.
• Repair and Maintenance: Carry out repairs and maintenance of wooden doors and frames as required.
• Quality Control: Ensure all carpentry work meets company standards and customer specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including electricians and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations during the carpentry work.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically in fitting door locks and working with wooden doors.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Carpentry or a related field.
• Experience working in a commercial or residential setting.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working in various environments and conditions.
