Performs demolition and construction work including but not limited to metal and wood framing, spline ceilings, suspended ceilings, ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tile, cabinet installation, furniture assembly and flat/shingle roofing
Repairs and installs gutter/down spout, metal and wood doors, sheetrock/plaster, vinyl and shingle siding, window treatment, solid surface, plastic laminate, wood veneers, glass windows, mirrors and LVT/VCT flooring
