Education: High School Diploma or GED, required
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience performing general construction activities in a commercial, industrial or healthcare setting, required
Ability to successfully apply customer satisfaction standards
Knowledgeable in the use of a variety of hand and power tools used in facility maintenance
Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority
Valid driver’s license required
Certification/s or thorough knowledge of the principles of design, construction and renovations in various types of trade skills to include framing, drywall, millwork, doors and door-locks, flooring, and ceiling installations
Certification/s or thorough knowledge in reading and understanding blue prints and electrical schematics
