Tear out drywall and replace it depending on the layout needed for the next job site
Use basic hand and power tools on the job
Utilize a spray gun to paint the interior and exterior of the trailers
Tear out and replace flooring with laminate or tile flooring
Document completed tasks on trailers using a paper method system
Operate a forklift to move or lift items around the yard, if necessary
Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls if needed
Work in a smaller shop with 15 technicians where units are dropped off for repair and sent back to construction sites

Work Environment
Work in a smaller shop with 15 technicians where units are dropped off for repair and sent back to construction sites. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with additional hours during the Spring and Summer due to increased workload.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon.
