Rightmove Recruitment are recruiting Carpenters to join our growing team in Queenstown and surrounding areas working throughout the Otago Region We work with reputable companies on commercial and residential projects, providing consistent high-quality work for Tradespeople.
This role is a full-time and permanent position with guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
About the role
Rightmove Recruitment is seeking a qualified Carpenters to join our team in Queenstown and surrounding areas. Work will be throughout the Otago Region. You will be working alongside a great team of people on different commercical and residential projects.
Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Hours of work will be 07:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Starting pay rate will be $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, with 30 hours per week guarenteed.

Key responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, foundations and the installation of windows, doors and fixtures.
Read and interpret drawings and construction plans to ensure work is completed accurately and to specifications
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety at all times.
Work effectively within a team, communicating clearly to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Operate independently when required and take responsibility for your work.
Be available to work occasional Saturdays as project demands require.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail, taking pride in producing high quality work
Own a full set of tools required to perform carpentry duties
Reliable transport and a strong, punctual work ethic
Site Safe certification is advantageous but not essential
