A Carpenter is required to work for a local social housing contractor.
About the Role
The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties.
Fitting kitchens
Hanging doors
Fitting skirting boards and changing locks
General carpentry repairs
Requirements
Experience in dealing with tenants or social housing background
Basic tools (Power tools will be provided)
Qualification in carpentry NVQ or City & Guilds
Full driving license for mobile role
