I am currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work around the Northampton area for a well established housing association. This is a permanent position working within the reactive maintenance team, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one.
The duties of the Carpenter/Multi Trade role will include:
All aspects of Carpentry
Basic Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting
Ideally I'm looking for Carpenter/Multi Trades that:
Hold a Full UK Driving License
Have a qualification in the relevant trade
Have experience working within social housing
Are willing to carry out DBS check
And in return, the right Carpenter/Multi Trade will receive:
£36,000 basic salary
Company van and fuel card
Holiday allowance
Overtime available
Permanent employment
Pension scheme
