Overview
We provide custom residential renovations as well as on-site service work in rental units throughout Waterloo Region.
This a hands-on position for a responsible individual with a broad-based knowledge of general carpentry.
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Tradespeople to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
In this position you will be responsible for transforming spaces through various renovation projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of residential construction and renovation along with the associated practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, safety, materials of the trade.
Experience
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals effectively.
OTHER
- Comprehensive health plan after 3 months
- Company t-shirts/hoodies supplied
- Larger tools company supplied (table saw/mitre saw/compressor/air guns) – all other tools of the trade to be supplied by successful candidate
- Company Vehicle (returned to shop daily)
REQUIRED
- Mobile phone c/w data to upload job photos and to communicate with supervisor
- Valid Ontario driver license/clean driver abstract
- Working at Heights Certificate – Valid/Current
