The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including blueprint reading, concrete forming, cabinetry, restoration, and various carpentry and construction techniques. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and siding installation with precision.
Install metal roofing, siding, and perform construction duties as needed.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment to complete various tasks efficiently.
Conduct restoration projects including general handyman services.
Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes.
Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in installation of insulated metal wall panel & insulated metal roof panels.
Experience with application of waterproof membranes, sheet membrane systems and flashings.
Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
Familiarity with roofing, siding, and cabinetry installation is highly desirable.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and other relevant machinery.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments.
