We are seeking experienced Builder Contractors and Building Crews to join our upcoming serviced apartments Development Project, scheduled to run for 2+ years This is an excellent opportunity for qualified builders or established crews looking for consistent, long-term contract work on a professionally managed project.
About the Project:
Multi-level serviced apartment development
Well-organised site with a strong pipeline of scheduled work
Start date: Immediate / As soon as available
Location: Levin
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from individual builders, small teams, and full building crews who can deliver high-quality workmanship and work efficiently within a construction programme.
Required:
Proven experience in residential or commercial construction
Trade qualified builder(s) preferred
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a coordinated build team
Strong commitment to site safety and quality standards
Own tools, transport, and appropriate insurance
Current Site Safe (or willingness to obtain)
Work Scope May Include:
Structural framing
Interior fit‑out
Exterior cladding
General carpentry
Finishing work
Coordination with other trades on site
