This is a small renovation business with a focus on quality work, clear communication and building strong relationships. As new projects are taken on we are looking to add our first employee to help with day-to-day tasks, from general labour to assisting with more specific renovation duties. This could be a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a hands-on environment.
Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join as a Renovation Helper / Assistant. No prior experience is necessary, but an interest in learning and helping out with renovation projects is key. Whether you're a seasoned worker or someone who's just starting out, we will provide the opportunity for you to grow your skills based on your unique abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in demolition, clean-up, and prep work for various renovation projects
Help with the installation of framing, drywall, flooring, tile and other materials
Carry out tasks as directed
Ensure all work areas are tidy, organized and safe (Very Important!)
Learn and use tools and equipment with guidance and instruction
Be proactive and willing to assist in different tasks as needed

Communication Skills: You’ll need to ask questions when unsure, offer feedback, and work well with others. We believe constructive criticism is essential to learning and making the business better. No matter if you're the boss or newest apprentice, being open to this style of respectful communication is important from all team members.
Wage:
The wage will be dependent on your experience and skill level. We’re open to all applicants—whether you’re looking for a learning opportunity or have previous experience in construction/renovation. Pay will be discussed based on the value you bring to the table.
