We are looking for a motivated and dependable Cabinet Maker to join our team. No formal qualifications are required—just a good work ethic and a willingness to listen, learn and retain new skills. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. If you enjoy hands-on work and are keen to develop skills in cabinet making, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Cabinet Construction: Assemble panels cut by a CNC Machine to create custom cabinets according to measurements and design specifications.
Woodworking Skills: Operate woodworking machinery (saws, drills, edge bander, etc.) and hand tools to fabricate cabinetry pieces.
Quality Control: Ensure each piece meets high-quality standards for finish, fit, and functionality.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain tools and equipment.
Problem Solving: Use common sense and practical problem-solving skills to handle challenges as they arise during the production or installation process.
Learning & Development: Be open to learning new techniques, reading plans, and improving your skills on the job.
