We provides building and maintenance services to Kainga Ora [ Formerly Housing New Zealand] and Downer properties. We are an Accredited Employer.

Construction Sector
Your daily tasks could be anything from patching and painting, installing door, repairing floors and installing claddings replacing window latches, upgrading bathrooms, aluminum joinery new installation or repair/replace, decking and many more.

Cut and assemble materials
Plan installation process and fittings required
Complete installations on-site
Keeping work area clean and tidy

Skills and experience
To be successful you must have:
Handyman/Carpentry experience [minimum 12 months] and or Trade Certificate
Painting experience [minimum 12 months] and or Trade Certificate
Problem solving skills
Can do attitude
Good Customer Service Skills
Well presented
Full Current drivers license
Good communication skills
Own tool kit
Be comfortable doing a range of tasks
You will be completing maintenance services in the some of the most premium areas of Auckland
No two days will be the same or boring with plenty of overtime and weekend work available for extra earnings.
Location: Auckland [South & East].
Type: Permanent
Number of positions:
Handyman/Carpenter = 3.
Days: Between 7am-06:00pm Mon - Saturday. Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours, with standard hours of 40 hours per week.
