Duties
Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional service.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct routine maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Lift heavy equipment and materials as required during the cleaning process.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and any customer interactions.
Requirements
Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Ability to operate power tools and use cleaning supplies safely. All equipment and supplies will be provided.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
A commitment to cleanliness, attention to detail, and high-quality service delivery.
