The Case Manager role is a crucial aspect to assisting an injured worker get their lives back. You will be the central point of contact for the injured worker, employer and any stakeholders that are part of the treatment plan to help the injured worker return to employment.
This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee a caseload of workers’ compensation claims, with a focus on both physical and psychological injuries
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and rehab providers to support successful return-to-work outcomes
Drive timely and proactive strategies that promote recovery and facilitate sustainable return-to-work plans
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, supported by strong and confident communication skills
Experience in allied health, Workers Compensation or insurance is highly desirable for this role but not essential
A genuine passion for supporting individuals in their return-to-work journey
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to think creatively when engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
Able to show empathy and maintain resilience during complex or challenging conversations
A strong track record of building rapport and fostering collaborative relationships with clients and customers
