Case Manager – Patient Success & Sales Champion
Location: MYo Lab Health & Wellness, Calgary, AB
Starting Wage: $18/hr + commission (% of sales/sign-ups)
Hours:
Training (30-60 days): Mon 11-4, Tues/Thurs 8:30-4pm, Wed 10-6pm, Fri 7:30-3pm.
Long-term (starting, then can expand towards 40hrs/wk as your performance drives the business-case): Sun 12-5pm, Mon/Wed 3-8pm, Tues/Thurs 9-5pm.
About the Role

MYo Lab Health & Wellness is looking for a driven, empathetic Case Manager to be the first point of contact for our new patients.
In this role, you’ll:
Run initial consultations with new patients—reviewing their health history, uncovering their emotional motivations, and helping them envision a better quality of life.
Communicate closely with our Chiropractors and clinical team to ensure every patient has a tailored, effective care plan.
Present, explain, and sign financial care plans (often in $1,000+ increments) with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
Serve as an advocate for movement, health, and the holistic MYo Lab approach.
