Case Manager – Insurance Repairs (Building)

Responsive Building is a leading insurance repair builder delivering high-quality claims management and repair solutions across Queensland and New South Wales. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Case Manager to join our expanding team and play a key role in helping homeowners get back on track after insurance events.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of insurance repair projects. You’ll be the central point of contact between clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and seeing projects through from claim approval to final handover.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage repair projects in partnership with Site Supervisors and Trades, to meet timelines, quality standards, and KPIs
Deliver outstanding customer service - keeping clients, insurers, and stakeholders informed and supported throughout the claims journey
Complete a variety of administrative tasks associated with claims management
Proactively resolve issues to achieve excellent outcomes
What You’ll Bring

Australian work rights
2+ years’ experience in insurance claims management, project coordination, building administration, or a similar role
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a genuine ability to build trust
Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Experience with the PRIME system is highly regarded
Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or Building/Construction are advantageous
