Job Description:
The Listings Coordinator works alongside a team of coordinators to schedule VCAT cases using various hearing formats like Zoom, Teleconference, and In-Person hearings. The listings team is the engine room of the tribunal: we work closely with members and registries across the tribunal to make sure we're maximizing our resources to schedule hearings at the earliest and most appropriate time.


Working within a dynamic fast-paced team who thrive on using their creativity to solve problems
Collaborating to manage VCAT cases to ensure timely case scheduling
Supporting the Listings Manager

Requirements:
Capable of engaging with stakeholders while remaining calm under pressure
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Well-developed initiative to self-assign work, seek advice, and develop your own capability
Ability to identify, develop, and implement service improvements to enhance our ways of working
