We have a Job Opening for Cash and BankLocation- PuneExp- 3 - 5 Years
This position handles ensuring payments are processed on time in line with the company policy, procedures &; schedule of authorization. The position demands clear communication with on shore Treasury team, Country controllers and approvers.
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage the workflow of inputting and processing of payments to ensure that all payments have been released in a timely manner.
• Ensure payment schedule &; SOA is followed and payment cut off times are met.
• Work with internal auditors with their audit queries and provide data as and when needed
• Departmental procedures – ensure that procedures and controls are met.
• Work with Bank representatives and IT departments on future projects to migrate from manual systems to automated banking systems.
• Acquire timely approvals from authorizers
• Work on any adhoc assignments trusted to the team
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, with knowledge of payment process /Treasury team. Knowledge of accounts payable will be preferred
• 3-5 years accounting experience
Other Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent computer skills required with experience in SAP must
• Excellent Ms Excel skills.
• Team-oriented and customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills. Must have good problem solving and resolution skills.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze and interpret business practices &; technical procedures. Ability to effectively present information to all levels verbally and in written reports.
• Successful candidates will be self-motivated, attentive to detail, well organized and able to handle multiple priorities
